Cancellation

 

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Stock hair systems:

If you find there is a problem with your order or are unhappy with your hair system in any way when you receive it please contact us immediately. Do not cut, style, color, wash the hair or wear the hair system. Our customer service team will be happy to discuss any issue with you and will be able to replace your hair system with another one if required. Yiyohair is responsible for return costs incurred due to any quality-related issues.

 

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee providing the hairpiece has not been cut, styled, colored, washed or worn. After the 30-day period, please contact our customer service team for solutions.

 

  • It can only be returned if unworn and unaltered, whether alterations are made by you or by us at your request.
  • If the base size or hair length we cut for you is incorrect, please send in photos first to prove it.
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • We will only replace or refund after we have received the goods. We take no responsibility for returns lost by postal services.
  • You will be responsible for the hair systems until they reach us.

Custom hair systems:

  • If it is faulty, we will repair. If it is irreparable we will make a replacement system.
  • You must provide photos and/or videos that demonstrate fault.
  • It can only be returned if unworn and unaltered by you.
  • Goods must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • Refunds can be claimed if unworn and unaltered by you.
  • The refund attracts a 50% service fee.
  • In order to cover labor and material costs, if you cancel a custom order before you receive it, you will only receive a 50% refund.
  • If you order a wrong custom made hair system by mistake, the hair system cannot be returned for a refund. If you would like us to adjust it, the extra cost will be charged accordingly.
  • You will be responsible for the hair systems until they reach us.

    Removes glue and other residues from the base.
  • Mending base tears
    If you have a PU base, we will brush on a new layer of PU.
  • Lace front change
    Edges fray over time, replacement achieves a more natural look.
  • Hair refill Loose hairs are removed and replaced with new hair that is color and density matched.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Notes

Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

How long will my new Toupee hair last?  

The base material plays an important role in determining the longevity of a hair replacement system.  Different bases have different durability.  If you want Toupee to last longer, you may have to compromise the natural nature of the hair system.  Let's be honest, the more natural-looking Toupee is, the less durable it is.  

The following is the service life of commonly used hair replacement systems, for reference only:  

0.03mm ultrathin skin hair can be used for about 1 month;  

0.04-0.06mm thin skin hair can be used for 2-3 months;  

0.06-0.08mm skin and hair system can be used for 3 to 4 months;  

0.08-0.10mm thick skin hair system can be used for about 6 months;  

Swiss lace hair system only lasts about 1-2 months;  

French lace hair system can be used for about 2-3 months;  

Mono hair system can be used for more than half a year;  

Silk top hair system can be used for 3-6 months, learn to maintain the hair, maintenance system, very important. 

How soon can I receive the hair toupee after payment?

This depends on your location and the Hair Toupee you ordered.  

Delivery time includes order processing time and shipping time.  It takes 1-2 working days to process our stock hair Toupee. Once we confirm your payment and transportation information, our service specialist will contact you in the first place and send you the real picture and video of the order to confirm the product.  Upon your confirmation, we will deliver the goods immediately (usually within 24 hours). Additional hairstyling and basic size cutting services will require an additional 1-3 working days.  

The standard time for customized hair system is 4 to 8 weeks, and the time for expedited service is 3 to 6 weeks.  

It will take about 3-7 days for the logistics to reach you.  

In the event of a national crisis, holiday, natural disaster, carrier delay or other delay beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. 

How to order perfectly fitted custom hair Toupee?

Mono Hair Systems is the most durable.  It's breathable and strong.  It can hold a large density of hair and is therefore heavy.  It is often used in combination with a large area of PU to ensure firm adhesion and an unexplored anterior hairline.

What if I have a problem or am not satisfied with my new Toupee Hair?

After receiving the new hair system, if you find any problems or are not satisfied with the hair unit, please contact us directly.  Yiyohair will provide you with the perfect solution.  Make sure the hair replacement system has not been cut, styled, washed, colored or used.  We guarantee that it will be returned within 30 days.  If you ask us to make any changes to Hairpiece before shipping, such as haircuts or custom orders, the product is not refundable.
